Commercial Asset License

1. Parties and license grant

After a valid purchase or credit redemption, OakMind AI Inc. grants the purchasing account holder a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate the downloaded asset into personal, internal, educational, research, and commercial projects, but only to the extent OakMind AI Inc. owns or is authorized to license those rights and subject to this license and the product-specific terms.

2. Permitted uses

You may use and adapt the asset in games, films, images, animation, software, virtual or augmented reality, simulations, robotics, visualization, physical products, and machine-learning training or evaluation. You may publish and sell an end product when the asset is incorporated into a larger work and is not distributed as a reusable source asset. Attribution is not required under this standard license, but remains required whenever the product page, included notice, or upstream terms say so.

3. Team and contractor use

The license covers the purchasing person or legal entity and personnel working on that entity’s projects. Contractors may access source files only as needed for the licensed project, must follow these restrictions, and must delete their source copies when the engagement ends. A separate legal entity must obtain its own license unless an enterprise agreement says otherwise.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• sell, sublicense, share, upload, or redistribute the asset or a substantially equivalent conversion as a standalone file, stock asset, template, or downloadable resource;
• include it in a product from which an ordinary user can extract or reuse it independently;
• build or enrich a competing 3D marketplace, stock library, or redistribution dataset with it;
• claim ownership of the underlying asset, remove required rights or provenance notices, or register the asset itself as a trademark;
• use it unlawfully, deceptively, or in a manner that infringes another person’s rights; or
• bypass access controls or obtain it through an unauthorized account.

5. Machine learning

You may use the asset for machine-learning training and evaluation within the permitted uses. You are responsible for your model, dataset documentation, outputs, and legal compliance. This does not permit distributing the original or a readily reconstructable source asset as training data to third parties, nor using the asset to create a competing downloadable asset library.

6. Product-specific and third-party rights

The product record and files included with the download may identify provenance, another rights holder, third-party components, open-source or Creative Commons terms, attribution, trademark limitations, or narrower rights. Those terms control for the affected material. This standard license does not grant rights in names, logos, characters, brands, likenesses, patents, or other third-party material not owned or licensable by OakMind AI Inc.

7. Ownership, versions, and hosting

OakMind AI Inc. or the identified rights holder retains ownership. The license version recorded in your entitlement at redemption governs that asset. Later versions do not retroactively reduce a valid license. License rights may survive account closure, but perpetual rights do not promise perpetual hosting; retain your downloaded package and its license and provenance files.

8. Termination

This license terminates if you materially breach it and do not cure the breach after notice where cure is possible. On termination, stop new use and delete source copies. Rights in already distributed end products remain only as required to protect end users and as permitted by law. Termination does not affect claims arising before termination.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, assets are licensed “as is.” You are responsible for testing technical compatibility and clearing any additional rights required by your particular context. Mandatory warranties remain unaffected. The disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Service apply to this license.
