Refunds and Digital Delivery

OakMind AI Inc. sells one-time credit packs and licenses to digital assets. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
1. Digital fulfillment
Paid credits are normally added after Stripe confirms payment. An asset is delivered to your Atlas library after redemption, and its download becomes available when the package is ready. Fulfillment may be delayed while payment or activity undergoes a reasonable security review.
2. Cancellation and digital delivery
You may cancel before completing payment without charge. A completed purchase cannot be automatically canceled after credits have been used, but the rights below and any mandatory rights under applicable law still apply.
3. Unused paid credits
We review requests made within 14 days of purchase for the unused paid-credit portion. Promotional credits are not refundable. For refund calculations, redemptions use promotional credits first, then paid credits from oldest to newest. Purchased credits do not expire merely because time passes while Atlas operates.
4. Asset and payment problems
We review duplicate or unauthorized charges and assets that are materially misdescribed, corrupt, unavailable, or technically unusable in the formats expressly advertised. We may first offer a repair, replacement, corrected download, or restored credits when appropriate. A change of preference or incompatibility not represented as supported generally does not qualify after delivery, subject to mandatory law.
5. How to request help
Email [email protected] with your account email, transaction date, Stripe receipt or checkout identifier, affected asset, and a description of the problem. Do not send complete card details. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days.
6. Refund processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method in the original transaction currency. Bank processing and foreign-exchange timing are outside our control. Refunded credits are removed. An entitlement funded by a refunded transaction may be revoked where permitted by law. Taxes are refunded when required and when recoverable through the payment transaction.
7. Fraud and chargebacks
We may suspend affected credits, downloads, or accounts while investigating fraud, unauthorized payment, or a chargeback. Contact support before filing a chargeback when practical so we can investigate promptly. This does not limit rights provided by your card issuer or law.
8. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights. If local law provides longer cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction, or refund rights, those rights apply.
